The subject of the contract is the supply of summer, all-season and winter tires for company vehicles for the needs of the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids for two tasks, i.e. task No. 1: Delivery of summer, year-round tires for company vehicles for the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk; task No. 2: Delivery of winter tires for company vehicles for the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk. The delivery of tasks No. 1 and 2 will be carried out for 12 months from the signing of the contract and will be carried out in stages, successively according to the needs of the contracting authority.

The Contractor shall be obliged to execute each order of the Contracting entity in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement received by the Contractor by 11.00. Each tire order will be executed at the expense of the Contractor, to the Ordering Party's warehouse (from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.).
