The subject of the contract are services covering the organization of training and recreation camps in the mountains for children and youth from the area of the Kleszczów Commune in 2020 divided into 5 parts (5 tasks).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 5.

1. Task No. 1: 7-day (6 nights) training and recreation camp for primary school students from grades I-III, combined with learning and improving skiing skills, for 44 people in one stay during the period between 11.01.2020 and on January 25, 2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - applies to tasks 1 to 5.

3. Under criterion 2, the contractor may obtain 40.00 points including:

3.1. Market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.2. Indoor pool inside the building with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.3. A hotel facility (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 3 *** (three stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.4. ice rink minimum 1 clock hour, and in case of adverse weather conditions water park minimum 2 clock hours - 5.00 points,

3.5. snowmobile ride with an instructor minimum 15 minutes each participant, and in the event of adverse weather conditions bowling alley minimum 1 clock hour (4 people on one track) - 5.00 points,

3.6. meeting in a shepherd's hut with a highlander / highlanders with a tasting of local products - 5.00 points,

3.7. themed disco in the place of accommodation or outside, with the provision by the contractor of appropriate costumes / gadgets - separate from the program disco - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) - 5.00 points

1. Task No. 2: 7-day (6 nights) training and recreation camp for primary school students from grades IV-VI, combined with learning and improving skiing skills, for 62 people in one or two stays between 11.01. 2020 and 25/01/2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - applies to tasks 1 to 5.

3. Under criterion 2, the contractor may obtain 40.00 points including:

3.1. market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.2. indoor swimming pool with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.3. hotel facility (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 3 *** (three stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.4. ice rink minimum 1 clock hour, and in case of adverse weather conditions water park minimum 2 clock hours - 5.00 points,

3.5. snowmobile ride with an instructor minimum 15 minutes each participant, and in the event of adverse weather conditions bowling alley minimum 1 clock hour (4 people on one track) - 5.00 points,

3.6. meeting in a shepherd's hut with a highlander / highlanders with a tasting of local products - 5.00 points,

3.7. themed disco in the place of accommodation or outside, with the provision by the contractor of appropriate costumes / gadgets - separate from the program disco - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) - 5.00 points

1. Task No. 3: 7-day (6 nights) training and recreation camp for students in grades VII-VIII, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 28 people in one stay during the period between 11.01.2020 and 25.01.2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - applies to tasks 1 to 5.

3. Under criterion 2, the contractor may obtain 40.00 points including:

1. Task No. 4: 7-day (6 nights) training and recreation camp for high school and college students, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 26 people in one stay during the period between 11/01/2020 and 25.01.2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - applies to tasks 1 to 5.

3. Under criterion 2, the contractor may obtain 40 points, including for:

3.2. indoor swimming pool with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.4. ice rink minimum 1 clock hour, and in case of adverse weather conditions water park minimum 2 clock hours - 5.00 points,

3.5. snowmobile ride with an instructor minimum 15 minutes each participant, and in the event of adverse weather conditions bowling alley minimum 1 clock hour (4 people on one track) - 5.00 points,

3.6. meeting in a shepherd's hut with a highlander / highlanders with a tasting of local products - 5.00 points,

3.7. themed disco in the place of accommodation or outside, with the provision by the contractor of appropriate costumes / gadgets - separate from the program disco - 5.00 points,

3.8. additional evening learning and perfecting of skiing and snowboarding with an instructor, separate from the one required in point 3.6. Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference - a minimum of 2 clock hours on an illuminated slope, and in the event of adverse weather conditions ensuring exit to the climbing wall or a thermal pool, a minimum of 2 clock hours - 5.00 points.

1. Task No. 5: 7-day (6 nights) training and recreation camp for members of the Youth Brass Band of the Kleszczów Commune, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 36 people in one stay during the period between January 18, 2020 and on January 26, 2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - applies to tasks 1 to 5.

3. Under criterion 2, the contractor may obtain 40 points, including for:

3.1. market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.2. indoor swimming pool with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.3. hotel facility (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 3 *** (three stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.4. ice rink minimum 1 clock hour, and in case of adverse weather conditions water park minimum 2 clock hours - 5.00 points,
