Adoption and use of municipal waste code 20 02 01 - biodegradable waste from residents of Łomianki Municipality. The use of biodegradable municipal waste should be carried out in a way that reduces the storage of such waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste of 15 December 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412). Waste code 20 02 01 approximately 4200 Mg per year will be supplied in 120 litres for green waste 4200 Mg.

2. Waste will be delivered by transport of the Ordering Party from Monday to Friday.
3. The waste taken must be weighted each time on the weight bearing the current legalisation document. Weighing must be confirmed by the display of weight acid.
4. The acceptance and management of waste will be confirmed by the Municipal Waste Transfer Charter issued in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 as amended) and the Act of 19 July 2019amending the Purity Maintenance Act and order in municipalities and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2019 item 1579).
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to submit monthly reports to the Contracting Authority stating the amount of waste received, broken down by way of delivery of the waste.
6. The Contractor declares that he has an up-to-date authorisation to operate in the field of waste treatment (specifying waste code 20 02 01) and, in case of updating, undertakes to translate information on the stages of the procedure.
7. The Contractor shall inform the Contractor of any installation failures, downtime in the reception of waste, changes in the operation of the installation due to reasons independent of the Contractor, restrictions arising from decisions of the supervisory authorities within 48 hours from the moment occurrence, limitations, downtime. The lack of information about any changes in the operation of the installation will result in the accruing of contractual penalties.
8. THE CONTRACTING PARTY STIPULATES THAT THE PLACE OF USE (STORAGE) OF THE WASTE COVERED BY THE CONTRACT MAY NOT BE FURTHER THAN 50 KM FROM THE CROWBAR.
