It is a service contract for the overall management of student staff, counting, for information purposes, about 190 persons selected or not selected by one or both of the 3 adjudicators, during the course of the year 2019.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous regular tender from the point of view of the contracting authority.

- the receipt of applications on the recruitment portal of the service provider via our website Idelux-AIVE,

- the management of applications from A to Z, the selection and maintenance of an Idelux-IPP-AIVE student database,

- for the period from July to September, the adequacy of the needs communicated by Idelux-IPP-AIVE with the creation of an exploitable and shared schedule,

- monitoring of contracts, services and invoicing,

- the follow-up of student work evaluations.
