New construction of a residential complex on the Grundfeld in Haimhausen consisting of 3 houses with 3 floors each and a shared underground car park and cellar rooms. A total of 42 residential units will be created, including 30 publicly funded apartments and 12 condominiums.

Scaffolding work including a lead time of 30 weeks consisting of approx. 4,000 m 2 Façade scaffolding partly with additional side protection and widened decking.
