Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract, subject to orders, whose object is the brushing and cleaning of the roads of the network of the Charleroi Road Directorate

The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I which are described in the appendix to these special specifications as well as on roads of network II.

The services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary).
