The subject of the contract is to audit the activities of state administration bodies and selected state legal persons in the field of air protection against pollution from the municipal and domestic sector.

The subject of the contract is to audit the activities of state administration bodies and selected state legal persons in the field of air protection against pollution from the municipal and household sector, by performing in particular:

1) assessment of actions taken and their results in terms of their adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency;

2) weaknesses of the actions;

3) propose solutions that will improve the functioning of the state administration in terms of actions taken and grant the Employer rights to works created in connection with the performance of the contract under the conditions set out in the contract template (the contract template is Annex 2 to the ToR).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR. After concluding the contract, it will constitute Annex 3 to the contract.
