The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live, uninhabited properties, summer houses and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, including: collection of unsorted municipal waste (mixed), collection of segregated waste, collection of biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste , collecting ash and slag, collecting bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and waste tires; A detailed scope has been included in the ToR, made available on the Employer's website
1. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. to keep clean
First order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), collection of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live, uninhabited real estate, summer houses and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes including: a. collecting unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, b. collecting segregated waste, c. collecting biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste, d. collecting ash and slag, e. collecting bulky waste, used electrical equipment
And electronic and used tires;
2. equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at the Contractor's expense with containers (5 items KP-7, 2 items KP 16) and service in the scope of removing waste from this point from containers owned by the Contractor and from containers owned by the Ordering Party waste collected at the point listed in point 3.11.
3. the Contractor's obligation is to equip sockets for selective waste collection
In containers for selective waste collection - 100 pieces of recycling sets
(3 fractions each nest), 50 pcs. Metal containers for ash and slag in places indicated by the Employer;
4. the Contractor's obligation is to provide approx. 6 containers with a capacity of min. 1,100 liters for waste mixed from inhabited real estate in cases of difficult collection in front of these properties - in places agreed with the Employer;
5. the Contractor's obligation is to provide owners of single-family properties, summer houses and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes bags for the selective collection of municipal waste, designated for this purpose with appropriate strength (yellow, green, blue);
6. the Contractor's obligation is to provide, at least once a month, bags for selective waste collection - about 300 bags for each fraction to the Employer. The Contractor is also obliged to replenish the bags after the Employer's notification by phone within 3 days of notification;
7. offering real estate owners the purchase or rental of containers for mixed municipal waste. The purchase or rental will be the subject of a civil law agreement between the Contractor and the property owner. The containers offered must be uniform, clean and aesthetic. The cost of selling or renting containers cannot be included in the price of the order. In the case of real estate built-up with multi-housing buildings, the owner of the property is understood in accordance with the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the property manager. Therefore, in accordance with the above, delivery of containers for multi-family housing can take place on the basis of a civil law contract between the Contractor and the property manager;
8. offering property owners washing and disinfection of containers - washing and disinfection will be the subject of a civil law agreement between the Contractor and the property owner.
