The Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH is planning to procure the operation and license maintenance of the ELO ECM Suite as well as the introduction of a contract management module based on the ELO Contract software.

HZB operates an ELO ECM landscape in its data center. This is currently used as an SAP document archive and is expected to play a central role in the so-called "paperless office" in the coming years. HZB is looking for a new contractor for the two parts mentioned below:

• ELO basic operation (system service) with license maintenance

• Introduction of digital contract management (ELO-Contract)
