At the latest on the day of opening tenders, i.e. 03 April 2023 at 09.00 / on other days from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 13.00 / tenderers must provide the food warehouse located in the Nutrition Department with the indicated samples of the subject of the contract in order to assess their quality.

Acceptance of samples takes place with confirmation by an employee of the food warehouse, i.e. Ms. Agnieszka Karolewska or Ms. Izabela Matuszak.

1. The subject of the contract includes "Delivery of frozen products, i.e. ice cream" for the needs of the ordering party to the extent specified in this SWZ together with attachments.

2. A detailed list of the subject of the contract together with the required quantities is attached as Annex 10.

(1) Pursuant to Article 65(1)(4) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority waives the requirement to use electronic means of communication. Statements, requests, notifications and other information shall be provided by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor in writing or electronically to the following address: ilona.dabrowska@przytezni.pl, sekreteriat@przytezni.pl. The contracting authority recommends that documents be provided in the form of scanned signed documents, subject to point 2) of this chapter. In the case of using electronic means, each party at the request of the other party immediately confirms the fact of their receipt).

2) The offer shall be made under pain of nullity, in paper form and shall bear a handwritten signature and submitted via a postal operator, in person or through a messenger.
