The contracting authority shall upgrade/replace its email and calendar system. The requested delivery shall include email calendar assignment handling, personal and global address lists, handling meeting room resources etc. that can be booked by setting up meetings. In addition the delivery shall also include a system for video conference and a chat office suite tool (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tool), which provides support for document interaction.
