1.The subject of the contract is the provision of substitute bus transport services on the sections Siechnice – Jelcz Laskowice – Siechnice and Siechnice – Zakrzów Kotowice – Siechnice between 29.07.2022 and 31.08.2022 for trains cancelled on the above sections due to track works carried out by PKP PLK S.A.

2. The description of the subject of the contract and the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the model contract for this public contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

3. The maximum number of vehicle kilometers assumed for the purpose of the implementation of the Agreement will not exceed 3832 vehicle kilometers. If the maximum number of km is exhausted, the Agreement shall be terminated, subject to § 8 of the Agreement.
