This contract concerns the carrying out of studies and the electrical and low current works of INB 37A within the framework of lot 2A “Low current electricity” of the Pagode project relating to the renovation of INB 37A.

The service, subject of this contract, is described in the specific technical specifications, supplemented by the general technical specifications, and the documents constituting the DCE as cited in article 2 of the draft contract. It must be carried out in accordance with the prescriptions, standards, laws and regulations in force.

The service includes:

- the supply of the deliverables described in the addendum to the special technical clauses,

- the supply of deliverables described in the special technical clauses,

- the supply of deliverables described in the general technical clauses,

- site surveys and the appropriation of the existing,

- the studies described in the particular technical clauses and its addendum necessary for the performance of the work.

All of the work and associated transverse missions as described in the specifications of the specific technical clauses and its addendum and in particular:

- site surveys and investigations,

- execution studies,

- the removal of non-maintained equipment,

- the supply of cables and pathways,

- the laying of electrical pathways, pulling of cables and their connections,

- the manufacture, installation and connection of CFO, lightning, radiation protection and CFI equipment,

- factory and site tests,

- transport to station of supplies,

- consideration of compliance constraints (approved body),

- the supply of the DOE.

Carrying out all the missions described in the general technical clauses (control of deadlines, control of invoicing, control of the configuration, quality management, monitoring of safety requirements, compliance and monitoring of environmental requirements, carrying out checks, complying with technical requirements, respecting the organization of the site and the procedures for intervention in BNI 37A, etc.).

Packaging and disposal of waste in accordance with the waste management procedure.

And, more generally:

- the supply of all the equipment necessary for carrying out the work specified in the special technical clauses and its addendum;

- the contractual documentation, and in particular the File of Works Executed (DOE) which conditions the acceptance of the contract;

- the associated certificates of conformity;

- all the constraints linked to a service taking place on a CEA site (formalities for accessing the center, prevention plans, DOT, DIMR, medical monitoring of intervening personnel and preliminary training sessions);

- protection of existing structures and securing of the site;

- participation in the meetings with the CEA described in the general technical clauses and this draft contract in paragraph 4.7;

- keeping the premises and premises where the work is carried out clean.
