Himmerland Housing Association offers a framework agreement on technical advice and assistance in connection with new construction and renovation of general housing construction for departments under the housing association.
The framework agreement is concluded on the basis of ABR 18.
Benefits under the Framework Agreement are provided in accordance with Free and Danish Ark's Performance Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 with project-specific adjustments, which will appear in connection with the mini-tender for the specific agreement.

The counseling must mainly be provided as a total counseling, so the applicant must be able to fulfill the task as a total counsel. Some pure architect or engineering assignments are also expected to be offered under the framework agreement.
The award of contracts under the framework agreement will take place by the reopening of the competition (mini tender).

The architect and engineer must apply for pre-qualification based on their own competences in the respective fields. architectural and engineering consulting. In the case of a mini-tender of a specific assignment in total counseling under the framework agreement, the advisers on the framework agreement freely choose any sub-advisors.
