urban project management mission for the Prieuré Ouest ZAC and technical, urban, landscape and environmental project management for the Prieuré Est ZAC - municipalities of Serris and Bailly-Romainvilliers

an urban project management mission at the level of the two ZAC (Prieuré Ouest and Prieuré Est) including the following missions: Development of urban planning directives at the scale of the two ZAC; Synthesis of the studies and constitution of a guide plan; Coordination and synthesis of the programme plan of the two ZACs; Completion of a Development Permit; Updating an OAP; Urban guidelines / production of lot sheets; Support during the design period and the implementation of real estate projects. A technical, landscaping and environmental project management mission for the 3 sectors below: 1. Rue du Poncelet; 2. Landscaping of the church forecourt; 3. Creation of the housing district and a green corridor through it. Out of these 3 sectors, the missions are broken down as follows: 1) Basic mission composed of the elements ep, avp, pro, act, visa, det and AOR. The ep, avp, pro, act, visa, det and AOR mission elements can be carried out in several phases, by sector, according to the phasing proposed by the project manager and decided by Epafrance. 2) Additional missions: Follow-up of the handovers of the works executed; Application and monitoring of the SOE approach; Support mission for the project owner for works close to the networks / concession coordination; PSO indicators (incl. biotope coefficient)
