This acquisition concerns the procurement of calcium hydroxides and calcium oxide from the Client's Tarastenjärvi utility power plant and the Naistenlahti power plant. Lime is used in the semi-dry flue gas cleaning method, in which the acidic components of the flue gas react with calcium hydroxide.
