1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of calorific waste from mechanical treatment of waste generated at the plant in Wola Suchożebrska, Sokołowska 2, i.e.:

1) waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling

2) waste with code 19 12 04 – plastics and rubber component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of calorific waste from mechanical treatment of waste generated at the plant in Wola Suchożebrska, Sokołowska 2, i.e.:

1) waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling in the amount of 5 380.00 Mg,

2) waste with the code 19 12 04 – plastics and rubber component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling in the amount of 1 220.00 Mg.

2. The total amount of waste to be transferred and managed is 6 600 Mg during the term of the contract, with the proviso that the Contractor is obliged to collect for the purpose of management at least 6 200 Mg, including 5 000.00 Mg of waste with code ex 19 12 12 and 1 200.00 Mg of waste with code 19 12 04 during the term of the contract.
