As part of an open procedure, the Kommunale Jobcenter Hamm will award the action “Assisted training (accompanying phase)” (hereinafter referred to the measure) in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Ordinance (VgV) in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Ordinance (VgV) in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Ordinance
In order to ensure the sustainability of the integration of a young person into a training relationship, technical and/or socio-pedagogical support is required in certain cases. In these cases, the accompanying phase of assisted training will be provided.
The accompanying phase of assisted training is intended to enable young people to continue and successfully complete vocational training for the first time, and thus to integrate them into the first labour market.
The measure consists of 50 seats.

The target group (see § 52 SGB III) includes learning-impaired, socially disadvantaged young people, irrespective of the school education achieved, as well as young people with special educational needs who:
(a) cannot take up or continue vocational training or is likely to have difficulties in completing vocational training; or
(b) do not take up further vocational training following the early resolution of an in-company vocational training relationship; or
(c) cannot establish or consolidate an employment relationship after completion of vocational training supported by assisted training.
Eligible funding is also open to young people who need additional support during entry qualification due to their person's reasons. In the case of point 2 (BB.02.b.), eligibility shall expire no later than six months after the establishment of an employment relationship or no later than one year after the end of the vocational training.
The young people to be supported must be in SGB II benefit at least at the time of assessment of funding needs.
The main objective of the action is to (re-) establish, improve or maintain training capacity.
The aim is to:
— the elimination or reduction of language and educational deficits,
— the acquisition of technical and theoretical skills, knowledge and skills,
— the acquisition of key qualifications,
— the elimination or reduction of personal problems.
