The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by substitute communication carried out by buses, instead of rail passenger transport carried out by the Employer on the sections: Kolbuszowa - Tarnobrzeg and buses on the section: Huta Komorowska - Majdan Królewski - Huta Komorowska.

The subject of the order is the transport of travelers by substitute bus transport, buses with a minimum capacity of 50 seats on the sections: Kolbuszowa - Tarnobrzeg and buses with a minimum capacity of 10 seats on the section: Huta Komorowska - Majdan Królewski - Huta Komorowska, according to the timetables listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract, due to construction works at Majdan Królewski, and the lack of trains.
