The purpose of this contract is to deploy a heat network at the Champs-sur-Marne site for connection to the commune's heat network. The contract includes the design and construction of a gas boiler room, a delivery station and the distribution network at the Champ-sur-Marne site buildings, including adaptations to secondary facilities. As well as the operation and maintenance of existing and future equipment as soon as it is commissioned and the achievement of contractual performance.

The purpose of this contract is:

— the design, realization, commissioning of a delivery station for the Géomarne heat network as well as a gas boiler room of about 2 MW and peripherals (hydraulics, electrical installations...);

— the design, implementation and commissioning of the internal heat network at the CSTB site;

— the design, realization and commissioning of connections of buildings to the heat network;

— the design, implementation and commissioning of secondary installations for the transition from gas or electric heating to heating by the heat network;

— the operation, maintenance of all existing and future equipment as soon as they are put into service and the achievement of contractual performance. This operation is part of the overall renovation project of the Champs-sur-Marne establishment. The contract includes a firm slice and optional units for the completion of connection work on certain specific buildings.
