Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group wish appoint a Supplier of enteral feeds, associated equipment and product related nursing services for patients that are registered with a Bexley GP.

This contract is for a product delivery service to patients at home or at their usual place of residence who are registered with a Bexley General Practitioner (GP). The enteral feeds will be prescribed by FP10 via the patients GP.

The contract will cover the supply of feeding pumps and their associated maintenance and support; the plastics and consumables for the enteral feeding products. In addition, the successful Supplier will be required to offer on-going nursing advice and assistance to professional staff, patients, their family and other carers where necessary, the details of which are explained in this document.

Prices are to be provided on an all-inclusive basis to cover all requirements of the specification, including, but not limited to:

— Nursing Service,

— Pump Loan (including maintenance and repairs),

— Helpdesk Support for Ordering,

— Helpdesk Advice to healthcare specialists and service users,

— Training for all requiring it,

— Literature and manuals,

— Provision of management reporting and information.
