The City of Vantaa's Urban Environment Division and VTK Kiinteistöt Oy (later also the Client) request tenders for moisture and indoor air condition surveys and other building health expert services of the City of Vantaa's service properties, as well as for the services of the humidity control coordinator.
The invitation to tender is divided into sub-areas.

Section 2: Services of a humidity control coordinator
The provider can only offer for one or both areas.
The tasks mainly focus on properties managed by the City of Vantaa.
On the basis of the procurement, a framework agreement will be established with a maximum of four (4) service providers.
