The services to be provided include Lph. 8, 9 and local construction supervision (öBÜ) for the object planning of civil engineering structures and traffic facilities as well as special services for the demolition and replacement of the bridge BW 3 outside the town north of the location Quering. The four-field structure with a straight course transfers the S2 with a dam over the Halle-Guben railway (line no.6345).

A) Object planning of civil engineering structures (OP IngBW): complete construction management (BOL, Lph. 8) and complete property management (Lph. 9) with local construction supervision (öBÜ) and safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo) according to construction site ordinance (BaustellV); Performance profile according to HOAI § 43 in conjunction with (iVm) HOAI Plant (Anl) 12.1 as well as the Technical Terms and Conditions (TVB) Civil Engineering Structures in the current version as well as the service description in the procurement documents (VU).

Object planning of traffic facilities (OP VA): complete BOL (Lph. 8) and complete property management (Lph. 9) with öBÜ and SiGeKo according to BaustellV; Performance profile according to HOAI § 47 in conjunction with HOAI Anl 13.1 as well as the TVB traffic facilities in the current version as well as the service description in the VU.

The service is to be provided in German.

The scope of the engineering services to be provided includes further special services (BL).

B) A replacement new building is required for the BW 3 bridge near Quering. The old bridge structure is demolished and replaced by a new bridge structure. The situation shifts to the north, as the new bridge will be aligned in the middle of the railway line. The electrified Halle-Guben railway line below (line no. 6345) must be taken into account in compliance with all necessary regulations. C) Performance period: expected from 12/2022.
