The AG intends to build a passive network infrastructure in the district of Harburg for the development of households and commercial enterprises (hereinafter listed collectively under the term “real estate”) with FTTB/C in the white spots. In addition, individual school locations are also connected. The commissioning is carried out in compliance with the European Union guidelines on the application of state aid rules related to rapid broadband expansion (2013/C 25/01) and the framework of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the development of a nationwide Next Generation Access (NGA) - broadband supply (NGA-RR). The order is subject to funding according to the above mentioned guidelines. The requirements related to funding must be observed. The aim of the measure is to be able to provide the increased broadband requirement of at least 50 Mbps.
Due to the territorial expansion of the tendering area, the listed works were divided into 4 building clusters, which are awarded individually in lots (1-4). The subject of the present process is lot 3 with approximately 1000 house connections distributed among the municipalities: Seevetal (pro rata), location, Dohren, Winsen (Luhe), Handeloh, Kakenstorf, Wistedt (proportional FTTC expansion of Huthscher Weg and Bremer Straße), Tostedt (FTTc expansion) and Welle (FTTc expansion) and Rudolf Steiner Schule Kakenstorf.
