Framework service agreement consisting in appointing project authors responsible for complete missions of architecture, stability study, special techniques, study of building energy performance (PEB) and acoustic study, security coordination and health, including the study and control of the execution of works.
The technical requirements which the services must meet are listed in point 3 of the second part of the special specifications.
The contract is divided into four lots.
