Purchase of enteral feeds and associated products and services for patients registered within five Hampshire CCGs and their secondary care providers. The requirement is split into 2 geographical lots and bidders will be at liberty to tender for one or both lots:

Lot A: NHS Fareham and Gosport CCG, NHS North Hampshire CCG, NHS Portsmouth CCG, NHS South Eastern Hampshire CCG, Hampshire Hospitals NHS FT (Basingstoke), Portsmouth Hospitals Trust, Solent NHS Trust (Portsmouth), Southern Health NHS FT;

This requirement is for the purchase of enteral feeds and associated products and services for patients registered within 5 Hampshire CCGs and their secondary care providers; SIP feeds will also be required as part of the secondary care electronic catalogue. The contract will include a mix of supply of products to secondary care providers, community trusts, home delivery (excluding SIPS unless part of a tube feed regimen) plus, contractor nurse services where detailed in the specification.
