The purpose of this contract is the provision of Research and Development services in 6G technologies, within the framework of the "6G-OPENVERSO" Coordinated Project.

With the realization of the contractual object, the contracting authority intends to cover the following needs and/or functionalities:

1) Conceptualization of an end-to-end platform, which integrates teleportation capabilities and multi-user holographic communications, with tools and functionalities for interaction and virtual production.

2) Effective integration of the XR technological enablers provided by the project into a VR platform with advanced virtual production and interaction functionalities.

3) Production of high-quality and relevant multi-user VR/Metaverse scenarios (e.g. education, culture, communication, entertainment, etc.) that allow maximizing and demonstrating the benefits provided by the contributions of the project and the virtual production platform provided.

4) Deployment of the integrated platform, with its software and hardware components, and associated demonstrators, in the i2CAT testbed.

5) Development and delivery of a hardware and software prototype of the complete system, and support for its integration into the complete project platform to be deployed in the i2CAT testbed.

6) Implementation of at least 2 pilot actions, including performance evaluations, user experience evaluations and stakeholder demonstrators.

7) Co-leadership, together with i2CAT, of validation, evaluation and demonstration activities within the framework of the pilot actions to be executed in the project.

8) Support for communication and dissemination activities planned within the framework of the project.
