Futures Housing Group requires a single, centrally managed, secure, accessible, easy to use, cloud based, CCTV solution for a selection of its buildings.

Buildings have existing CCTV solutions installed of differing makes, specification and quality. Management, access and data security of these systems is of concern due to their ‘standalone’ nature.

Whilst it would be advantageous to utilise existing equipment (where possible) to reduce overall costs, the proposed solution should not be compromised by this.

Suppliers are requested to provide indicative pricing for the supply of a new solution based on the information contained in this document.

The successful supplier will be required to conduct site visits to all buildings to confirm solution detail and specification and to provide finalised pricing for the solution to be installed, commissioned and handed over to business operations.
