3. The duties of the Contractor shall include:
1) mechanical cleaning, with the use of appropriate equipment (dust-free sweepers, mobile or trailer sweepers), cleaning the roadway at a width of 0.75 m from the edge of two bounded by a curb and sidewalks and bicycle paths along the entire width,
2) Clear the surface of car parks and bus stop bays located on the roads covered by the order,
3) manual cleaning of sidewalks and other places where this is not possible using equipment,
4) harvesting permanent impurities from the area of the road lanes,
5) export and management of waste generated during the service, in accordance with the Waste Act. All costs and responsibilities related to the disposal and management of generated waste shall be borne by the Contractor,
6) The Contractor is obliged to present to the Contracting Authority a document confirming the proper management of waste together with the invoice for the performance of the service
