The object of this contract is the supply or regeneration of activated carbon used by SWDE's various drinking water production sites. It includes the rental of mobile filters, the emptying of filters, the transport, regeneration or supply of new coal, the reloading of filters, as well as the top-up of new coal to make up for losses related to transport and regeneration.

The market is not divided into lots. It may be awarded in full to one and the same successful tenderer.
