The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) hereby provides cleaning services for DTU.
The tender is implemented as a restricted tender, cf. §§ 58-60 of the Offering Act.
The offer includes 2 of DTU's campuses - DTU Lyngby campus and DTU Ballerup campus. The offer is divided into 2 sub-agreements:
- Sub-agreement 1: DTU Lyngby
- Sub-agreement 2: DTU Ballerup.
Pre-qualification may be requested on one or more sub-agreements. When requesting a pre-qualification, please state which sub-contract (s) for which pre-qualification is requested.
DTU will hold an information meeting for all interested parties on Friday, March 13, 2020, at. 10:00. The information meeting will be held in meeting room M2, 1st floor, building 101, located at Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby. Registration is not required.

Contract for cleaning of DTU - LyngbyThe part agreement concerns the provision of cleaning services at DTU Lyngby.
DTU Lyngby - in addition to park / planting, roads and parking areas - consists of a number of buildings of varying scope and use. The total weekly cleaning area covered by the sub-contract is approx. 680 000 m
The sub-agreement concerns the provision of cleaning services at DTU Ballerup.
DTU Ballerup - in addition to park / planting, roads and parking areas - consists of a number of buildings of varying scope and use. The total weekly cleaning area covered by sub-agreement 2 is approx. 130 000 m2. The sub-agreement includes cleaning of premises used for administration (eg offices and processing rooms), teaching (eg auditoriums and group rooms), research (eg workshops) and common areas (eg toilets, hallways) , stairs, entrances, canteen, kitchenettes and meeting rooms).
