The purpose of this consultation is to provide asbestos tracking services in the real estate assets of Habitat 77. It will give rise to the award of separate contracts, processed at unit prices in the form of a framework agreement with order forms , said to be multi-beneficiary and is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1 paragraph 1 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code. This is concluded without a minimum amount and without a maximum amount over the duration of the contract, for each of the lots. Said framework agreement is concluded with three economic operators subject to a sufficient number of admissible applications. The terms of allocation of purchase orders between the various economic operators are defined in the CCAP.
