1. The object of the order is:
1) provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Strzyżów from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023,
2) providing services in the scope of organizing and running a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Municipality of Strzyżów and transport and management of collected segregated municipal waste in municipal installations or waste recovery or neutralization installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
2. Collection of waste from the Strzyżów commune from 15 villages: Strzyżów, Bonarówka, Brzeżanka, Dobrzechów, Gbiska, Glinik Charzewski, Glinik Zaborowski, Godowa, Grodzisko, Łętownia, Tropie, Wysoka Strzyżowska, Zawadka, Żarnowa, Żyznów. and

3. The number of residents included in the submitted declarations on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management is approx. 15 670 people living in approx. 5060 properties.
4. Total estimated weight of waste approx.: 3 775 Mg
5. The area of the Strzyżów Commune approx. 140.23 km2.
6. The scope of the contract includes the acceptance and installation of:
1) mixed unsorted municipal waste with code 20 03 01, collected by residents of real estate inhabited in containers or bags in quantities of approx. 1 800 Mg,
2) segregated municipal waste, collected by residents of real estate inhabited in appropriately marked containers or bags listed below types of waste in the amount of approx. 1 800 Mg:
(a) metals and plastics 15 01 06, 20 01 99
(b) paper ( code 20 01 01, 15 01 01),
(c) glass ( code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),
(d) bioodpady ( kod 20 02 01, ex 20 01 99),
(e) ashes (code ex 20 01 99),
f) bulky waste (code 20 03 07),
3) the quantities of waste given above are estimates and have been given for the purpose of drawing up the offer,
4) segregated waste collected in a stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste organized for residents, given below types of waste in the estimated amount of 175 Mg, including:
(a) paper and paperboard packaging (code 15 01 01),
(b) mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06),
(c) glass packaging (code 15 01 07),
(d) packages containing residues of dangerous substances or contaminated with them (code 15 01 10*),
(e) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),
f) concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and renovations (code 17 01 01),
(g) brick rubble ( code 17 01 02),
(h) waste other ceramics and equipment (code 17 01 03),
(i) mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics
and fittings (code 17 01 07),
(j) insulation materials ( code 17 06 04),
(k) textiles , clothing (code 20 01 11, 20 01 10),
(l) fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury (code 20 01 21*),
(m) paints, inks, inks, adhesives, binders and resins (20 01 27*, 20 01 28),
(n) expired medicines (code 20 01 32),
(o) batteries and accumulators (code 20 01 34),
(p) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36)
(q) bulky waste (code 20 03 07).
(r) waste not eligible as household medical waste resulting from the injection of medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (code ex 20 01 99),
