Stortingets administrasjon produces approx. 1 000 hours of TV programmes (normally up to 4 channels simultaneously plus an event channel when needed) from the Parliament chamber, hearing rooms, etc. and has a need for operating live-streaming from them, including distribution over the tenderer's CDN. Stortinget shall produce the programmes itself and deliver a signal over the internet, but an option shall be offered for the tenderer encoding the signal delivered over a dedicated line.

Besides direct streaming, the new supplier shall also take over responsibility for storing and streaming from the existing video archive and ongoing updates of this.

Stortinget is also in the process of establishing ‘Stortinget live!’ (see the description in a separate annex) and the tenderer must be able to assist with the implementation of this within their discipline.
