Interior plastering work on the existing secondary school building in Horn-Bad Meinberg. Here is the 3rd BA of 3 BA.

The 3rd and last construction phase includes the main part of Aula F and the adjoining specialist rooms in the single-storey area on the east side of the building, as well as the partial basement located here.

All facades of the building are to be upgraded in terms of energy efficiency. For this purpose, all window and door systems of the outer façade will be replaced, and the masonry facing shell will be demolished.

The reinforced concrete brackets in the façade area, which were formerly used to accommodate the shading systems, will also be demolished.

The building is given a new insulated slab façade and parts of it an EIG.

Inside the building, all components containing harmful substances are removed or decoated.

In some cases, the rooms are being restructured and new window and door openings are being created in the exterior façade.

The heating of the building is provided by a CHP unit inside the building and remains unchanged.

The construction work will be carried out in a total of 3 construction phases, in which the services advertised here will include the first construction phase.

During the sectional work in the building, the unprocessed parts of the building will continue to be used by the secondary school.
