Detailed description of the item of the order include the Subject Description of the Order. The Contractor shall be required to employ the persons performing the task on an employment contract. The Contracting Authority is entitled to request submission of statements, documents and explanations in the field of confirmation of compliance with the above requirements and is entitled to carry out on-the-spot checks of the contract. In case of doubts regarding the respect of the employment law by the Contractor or Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to notify the State Labor Inspectorate of doubts.

The Contractor shall be required to employ the persons performing the task on an employment contract. The Contracting Authority is entitled to request submission of declarations, documents and explanations on the confirmation of compliance with the abovementioned requirements and is entitled to carry out on-the-spot checks on the performance of the contract.

In case of doubts regarding the respect of the employment law by the Contractor or Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to notify the State Labor Inspectorate of doubts.

It is envisaged to award contracts to the existing Contractor for similar services or works pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp. including:

a) 3 times additional mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots

and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,

b) 2 times additional sprinkling of roadways, parking bays, car parks and bus bays with salt.
