1. The subject of the contract is a mission of entrepreneurs from the region from the food industry to the Speciality & Fine Food Fair London 2023 along with the construction of a promotional stand and pro-investment meetings.

2. The order will be executed in 3 (three) lots, hereinafter referred to as "tasks". The contracting authority allows partial bids for individual, any tasks from 1 to 3.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) can be found in Annex 1 to the SCC and in Annex 1 to the SOPZ.

1) Task I: Comprehensive organization of the stand of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship during the economic mission at the food industry fair Speciality Fine Food Fair 23. taking place on September 11-12, 2023 in London (United Kingdom) implemented under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

a) The subject of the contract is the organization of an exhibition stand promoting Świętokrzyskie enterprises from the food and processing industry at the Speciality Fine Food Fair 23. taking place on 11-12 September 2023 in London in the trade fair center: Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX.

b) The Contractor will be obliged to cooperate and consult with the contracting authority (persons indicated by the contracting authority for contacts) at every stage of the performance of the contract in question, in particular it will be obliged to consult any doubts.

c) The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the implementation of the subject of the contract at every stage of work.

d) The contracting authority requires that the service be performed by the contractor in accordance with the guidelines of the contracting authority while maintaining high quality of work and be complete.

1) Task II: Comprehensive service of organizing the economic mission of Polish entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie region on September 10-13, 2023 to the Speciality Fine Food Fair 23. in London (Great Britain) implemented as part of the project entitled: "Świętokrzyskie – hard to pronounce, easy to do business in" from the funds of the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

a) The main objective of the economic mission will be to promote the food and processing sector of the Świętokrzyskie region on foreign markets.

b) The economic mission will take place from 10 to 13 September 2023 (including outbound and inbound/transit) in London (United Kingdom).

c) Participants of the outgoing economic mission are entrepreneurs from the food and processing industry (10 people - air transport).

d) The number of persons representing the Contracting Authority (Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) is 5 people - air transport.

1) Task III: Organization of pro-investment information meetings abroad during the Speciality Fine Food Fair 23. held on 11-12 September 2023 in London (United Kingdom) implemented under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

a) The subject of the contract is the preparation and printing of a draft invitation to pro-investment meetings in English, which will take place at the Speaker's stand on 11.09.2023 and 12.09.2023.

b) The Contractor will be obliged to document the photographic course of the meeting.
