This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with multi-awardee purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum according to the so-called "Cascading" method entered into pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code relating to framework agreements. This Framework Agreement is concluded in the form of a grouping consisting of the members listed in Annex 2 to the Deed of Commitment
