The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus transport on line No. 30 for non-running trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe) on the section Rudnik - Lubartów Słowackiego / Parczew Kolejowa - acting Rudnik in the period from 12.06.2023 to 18.06.2023 with an inn for designated stations and passenger stops:

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus transport on line no. 30

for the following non-running trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe) on the section Rudnik - Lubartów Słowackiego / Parczew Kolejowa - p.o. Rudnik in the period from 12.06.2023 to 18.06.2023 with an inn for designated stations and passenger stops:

1) No. 22901/0 on the section Rudnik – Lubartów Słowackiego, operates 13-16.VI.2023;

2) No. 22909/8 on the section Rudnik – Lubartów Słowackiego, runs 12-16.VI.2023;

3) No. 22903/2, 22907/6, on the section Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa, runs 12-18.VI.2023;

4) No. 22911/0 on the section Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa, runs 12-17.VI.2023;

5) No. 22905/4 on the section Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa, runs 12-16.VI.2023;

6) No. 22923/2, on the section Lubartów Słowackiego – Rudnik, runs 13-16.VI.2023;

7) No. 22931/0 on the section Lubartów Słowackiego – Rudnik, runs 12-16.VI.2023;

8) No. 22921/0, on the section Parczew Kolejowa - Rudnik, 13-18.VI.2023;

9) No. 22925/4, 22929/8 on the section Parczew Kolejowa - Rudnik, 12-18.VI.2023;

10) No. 22927/6 on the section Parczew Kolejowa - Rudnik, runs 12-16.VI.2023.

The implementation of railway bus communication requires one bus for each train and, in addition, the Contractor is obliged to:

a) increase the number of buses for train No. 22907/6 on the section Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa on 12-16.VI.2023, i.e. from Monday to Friday two buses;

b) increase the number of buses for train No. 22905/4 on the section Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa on 16.VI.2023 (Friday) two buses;

c) increase the number of buses for train No. 22921/0 on the section Parczew Kolejowa – Rudnik on 13-16.VI.2023, i.e. from Tuesday to Friday two buses;

d) increase the number of buses for train No. 22923/2 on the section Lubartów Słowackiego – Rudnik on

13 -16.VI.2023, i.e. from Tuesday to Friday two buses;

e) increase the number of buses for train No. 22925/4 on the section Parczew Kolejowa – Rudnik on

12-16.VI.2023, i.e. from Monday to Friday two buses;

f) increase the number of buses per poc. No. 22929/8 on the section Parczew Kolejowa – Rudnik on June 18, 2023 (Sunday) three buses.

2. The expected number of kilometers to be covered as part of the substitute bus transport during the execution of the order is 6628 kilometers (without empty runs), i.e. the number of planned trips

to complete the contract is 92, including the section:

a) acting Rudnik – Lubartów Słowackiego – acting Rudnik (34 km) – 22 courses;

b) acting Rudnik – Parczew Kolejowa – acting Rudnik (84 km) – 70 journeys.
