Advance contracting of the operation service of the facilities of the central laboratories of drinking and wastewater of the Water and Waste Consortium of La Rioja, located respectively in the Iregua WWTP, in Viguera, and in the Logroño WWTP, in the terms in which it is defined in the Specification of Particular Technical Prescriptions.

The purpose of the contract is to operate the facilities of the central laboratories of drinking water and wastewater of the Water and Waste Consortium of La Rioja, located respectively in the ETAP of Iregua, in Viguera, and in the WWTP of Logroño, in the terms in which it is defined in the Specification of Particular Technical Prescriptions that appears as an annex to this Specification, in accordance with the provisions of the Master Plan for Water Supply to Populations of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, and the Master Plan for Sanitation and Water Purification of La Rioja.
