The purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery, installation and curative maintenance (within the framework of the guarantees provided) of underground containers intended for the collection of household waste (OM, EJM, Glass) on the territory of the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for a period of one year firm from the date of notification.

The framework agreement is at unit prices and purchase orders within the meaning of Article R2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code. It is determined without minimum and with a maximum expressed in amount over the duration of the contract, as follows: the maximum amount of this contract is 410,000 euros HT over the duration of the contract
