The order includes testing the stability of stationary anchored masts with or without special foundation structures (FSK) made of galvanised steel, powder-coated or with elastic protective tapping poles and aluminium masts. The poles are used as lighting and flagpoles.

Various types of masts are installed - conical round masts, conical round masts with flange plate, cylindrical, cylindrical, cylindrical round masts, whip masts and, in exceptional cases, multi-bar masts or historical cast masts. The mast length or light spot height is for the most part between 5 and 8 meters. In exceptional cases, the height can be up to a maximum of 10 m. The age of the poles cannot be specified. The test includes approximately 2,978 mast systems.
