The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of career guidance services by career counsellors for participants of the project "Mazovia for Ukraine". The participants of the project are people arriving from Ukraine in connection with the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine within the meaning of the Act of 12 March 2022 on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of this country (Journal of Laws, item 583 with poźn.zm).

This contract is divided into nine (9) lots according to the territorial scope of the NUTS level 3 subregions, in each of the nine lots of the contract, the Contracting Authority plans to engage max. 3 career counsellors (for each part).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).

Provision of career guidance services by a career counsellor in the area consistent with the territorial scope of the NUTS3 subregion of the city of Warsaw.

The subject of the contract resulting from the concluded framework agreement and in the next stage of individual executive agreements for career guidance services provided by career counsellors under the project "Mazovia for Ukraine" includes the performance of an active professional service for a total (in relation to all NUTS3 subregions – part of the contract and all Contractors selected during this procedure), a minimum of 800 (in words: eight hundred) project participants (hereinafter: UP) in the total number of 6400 hours (in words: six thousand four hundred) – for all NUTS 3 and all Contractors selected during these proceedings. The services are individual, the Contracting Authority plans to allocate an average of 8 hours of individual career counselling per one project participant. Individual meetings will be held in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in accordance with individual parts of the order.

Vocational guidance will cover the following areas:

a) preparing a diagnosis of the professional situation for at least 800 project participants, including the selection of courses to the individual needs of the UP,

b) identifying barriers causing the UP not to take up work or the possibility of retraining or adapting to market needs,

c) determining the employment potential and possibilities of the UP,

d) preparation for active job search and contact with employers,

e) motivating to take up professional activity,

f) providing the Contracting Authority with information about selected vocational courses for individual project participants by e-mail in the form of a statement (name, surname of the participant + vocational course) within 7 days of diagnosing the needs.

Provision of career guidance services by a career counsellor in the area consistent with the territorial scope of the NUTS3 subregion of Warsaw East.
