The Commissioner (Coventry City Council and Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group) is looking to contract with a provider for the delivery of long term home support, specifically for the Wyken, Binley and Willenhall and Lower Stoke wards of the City (Cluster 6). This will be for adults and children that meet national eligibility criteria for social care and adults eligible for non-complex health funded continuing health care at home.

Open tender under state of urgency as as permissible under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, brought about by events unforeseeable by the Council.
