The Operation concerns the rehabilitation in situ of the 3 existing buildings of the alsh identified as remarkable heritage under the PLU of the city of Gujan-Mestras as well as the construction of a new building. The Set must meet the needs of the site. The complex is part of a plot of 12,390 square meters partially located in an area identified as at risk of flooding and submersion. The Operation is taking place on an occupied site and will be the subject of several phases of work. The useful surface of the buildings to be rehabilitated is about 550 square meters. The useful surface area of the new building to be constructed is approximately 1,050 square metres.
