The scope of the assignment includes the following Performance:

Product(s):

• Software in the form of Licenses for an In-line log processor with the requested capacity (see the table in section 2.4), if possible on the basis of an enterprise license;

Services:

• Maintenance and Support during the term of the Agreement;

• Consultancy on Implementation, Configuration and First Use (for indication number of days per year, see the table in section 2.4);

• occasional Consultancy for further use (for indication number of days per year, see the table in section 2.4);

• knowledge transfer, as part of the Consultancy, in the form of on-the-job training for Users (estimated at 3 days) and administrators (estimated at 5 days).

Section 2.5 of the Descriptive Document contains a growth scenario for the term of the Agreement.
