York College Toilet Refurbishments

The works will include for the refurbishment of a number of Female/Male toilets including the individual toilet entrance lobbies located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

Refurbishment should allow for replacing existing WC panels, IPS panels and basin vanity units with High Pressure Laminate quality finish, you are also to provide an option to supply and fit with MFC fittings.

The refurbishment will re-use existing sanitary wear i.e. toilet pans & male urinals, sinks to be refitted to new vanity unit with new fittings including commercial quality Non-Concussive taps. These should be heavy duty for frequent use and able to be serviced and adjustable for a timed flow of water.
