The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer of ownership to the common courts of the Szczecin appeal, brand new and unused computer equipment along with the provision of warranty services on the terms set out in the Annexes to the SWZ No. 3 to No. 3 b and in the detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract contained in the Annexes to the SWZ No. 5 to 5 f.

In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of the following means of evidence: a list of technical parameters of the offered device according to the templates constituting attachments to the SWZ (submitted depending on the part or parts for which the Contractor submits its its bid) and for lot No. 1:

1) Manufacturer's statement or statement of the manufacturer's authorized representative confirming the compliance of all parameters of the offered device indicated in the Description of the subject of the order,

2) Statement of the Manufacturer or Authorized Distributor providing technical support on the readiness to provide the required service to the Ordering Party (including: website address and telephone hotline number),

3) If there is such a requirement in relation to the technology covered by the subject of these proceedings (so-called dual-use items), the Contractor should submit:

- a document from the importer of this technology stating that when it was introduced into the territory of Polish, the requirements of the relevant provisions of law were observed, including the Act of 29 November 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance for the security of the state, as well as for maintaining international peace and security (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 229, item 2315 with later dates. Deaths)

- and a document proving that the importer has a quality management system certified by the competent body, the so-called internal control system required for a Community system of export, transfer, brokering and transit control of mission-critical technologies and services,

4) A statement of the manufacturer or authorized distributor of the manufacturer in the Polish that the tenderer has the manufacturer's authorization to sell the offered solutions.

In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the subject of the contract specified by the Contracting Entity, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of the following means of evidence: a list of technical parameters of the offered device according to the templates constituting attachments to the SWZ (submitted depending on the part or parts for which the Contractor submits its its bid) and for lot No. 6: Certificate of an independent entity dealing with certification compliance of the device manufacturer's activities with quality standards, confirming the implementation by the manufacturer of the offered product of the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard or equivalent, in the scope of at least the design / production / development of servers, arrays or network devices - ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent for the device manufacturer.
