The object of the acquisition is the acquisition of plumbing and sewer pipes, as well as wells.

The necessary water supply supplies are set out in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender price form.

The procurement quantities presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.

The Framework Agreement shall enter into force by signature and shall be valid for three (3) years.

After the contract period, the Subscriber has the right to extend the contract term for one (1) option year. The Subscriber shall notify the Service Provider no later than three (3) months prior to the beginning of the option year whether the Subscriber intends to adopt the option year.

The contract is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2022.
