Pest control is carried out mainly in the interior and exterior of residential apartments, and the objects of control are various insects, rodents and pests, as well as birds.

The procurement is a comprehensive procurement of pest control services. The aim is to professionally identify, destroy and control pest animals so that the living environment with its indoor and outdoor spaces remains healthy and safe. If necessary, the service provider must draw up a prevention plan before the prevention work and inform residents about the work and measures to be carried out.

Control is carried out on a species-by-species basis and with methods that take into account the living environment in order to cause as little harm to residents as possible from the control work.

In pest control, only and exclusively preparations approved for pest control are used, as well as the most appropriate methods of operation. The duties comply with the Chemicals Act (599/2013). The tender is selected on the basis of the cheapest price. The contracting entity selects one (1) company as the service provider.

The contract is concluded for a contract period of two (2) years. In addition, the acquisition includes two (2) one-year (1) year option periods (1 year + 1 year). Options are a right of the contracting entity, not an obligation.

In addition, the purchase includes as an option larger work that requires planning, such as bird nets, terrace demolition in connection with pest control and digging a wasp nest.

The numbers presented in this invitation to tender are estimates only and only and the indicated numbers are not binding on the Customer during the contract period. Services are ordered during the contract period as needed.
